 Tata Trust chief Ratan Tata adopted  264 villages of Vijayawada. An MoU has been signed by AP Government & Tata Trust Members in the presence of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged Ratan Tata to adopt villages under Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana, Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani placed before the Industrialist adopting the 264 villages in vijayawada. He also personally met Ratan Tata and appealed him to conduct a survey in this constituency to know each & every aspect.

Ratan Tata is highly impressed to see AP Government to develop the villages in association with Tata Trust. Within hours after he landed in Vijayawada to meet Chief Minister Chandrababu, signed MOU
